70% of the time after I complete the transaction and I know for a fact the paid receipt was sent to our Customer, I get a phone call or an email asking for the receipt later that day or the next day.

It is kind of hidden, however, that functionality does exist in MX Merchant. First click on the invoice number so you are taken to the invoice preview section. From here you will see a "More" button at the top of the page in white. Clicking on this button will give you the option to Print and Resend. Clicking on Print will take you to a new page where you can select your printer or in your instance, save it as a PDF so you can send it to the customer in a private email. (I'm a visual person, so I have added screenshots to help walk you through this process).
Another option is to click the Resend option under the more button rather than the Print. When you click Resend, it will allow you to select the email address for the customer which will send them a link to the invoice so they can print or save it themselves.
