MXinvoice shipping and bill to address label

It would be helpful if the shipping label can be printed in the way that it will fit inside of an envelop. It seems that this feature has since been changed and no longer is it the right size to fit like it used to be.

Instead of free form, add a calendar into custom date search

Free form does not always pick up on the correct date when entering date ranges for custom date search. Include a calendar, that will allow a date to be selected which formats it so it is recognized.
