The chargeback report does not update the status of each chargeback so you don't know if you won or lost the dispute. This makes it impossible to do your company's accounting for each customer account. If you don't know the status of each chargeback you cannot attempt to collect on the ones that you lost. We have likely lost thousands of dollars because of not knowing which chargebacks were won and lost. This has been an issue since we started using this service. I'm sure there is other processors that have systems that can generate this information to avoid the type of leakage we have been experiencing.
