Put a PFD of the letter the merchant gets for a chargeback online

On the page https://mxmerchant.com/mx6/reports/base/chargebacks where merchants can see their chargebacks, please add a link to a PDF of the letter that the merchant is sent concerning the chargeback.  Some merchants have complained that (1) the letter almost didn't get opened as it looked like junk mail; and (2) this would allow merchants to start their response faster.

      A prior purchase is necessary. The survey invitation requires a recent purchase receipt. You have 4 days from the date of purchase to use the receipt. The voucher has a 90-day time limit.
