Make statement printing easier.

When I print my statement, the page breaks are off. Part of page 2, etc is on the bottom of page 3, etc. Could you allow it to be made into a PDF file. Then the print wouldn't be off.

Adding address for overseas/foreign customers

Currently when adding a customer country choices are US and Canada. I deal with foreign companies, need ability to add their full address with country of origin.

Add a record of chargebacks to the History section for customers with recurring charges so that the history will reflect accurate records.

Having an accurate payment history is very necessary when dealing with customers and their records.
