Disable some settings for clerks

In MX Express, a clerk level user can go into settings and turn on/off the signature requirement and set the tip amount. Any changes made then affect all users of the app. These options should only be available to admin/manager users.

Add a delete customer button on all customers

Just show it as grayed out if you are unable to delete and when the user clicks on the button provide a pop-up explanation as to why the customer can not be deleted.

PCI COMPLIANCE
